Organizations accessing the Services on behalf of their employees ("Employers") represent that they have the authority to bind their organization to these Terms. Employers are responsible for ensuring their use of the Services complies with applicable laws and internal policies.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Goodybux, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Goodybux does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Goodybux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goodybux, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Goodybux reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
